The 1800mm aluminium dual cab ute tray is meticulously designed and crafted for durability, toughness, and lightweight performance, ensuring a structure that stands the test of time. Our standard dual cab ute trays are compatible with a wide range of utes on the market, including popular models like Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, Isuzu Dmax and more.
The 1800mm aluminium dual cab ute tray are constructed using premium-grade 5052 series aluminium. Featuring heavy-duty 7mm main bracing and mounting feet, our trays are engineered to handle any challenge you throw their way.
You can store your recovery equipment and accessories effortlessly with our heavy-duty trundle drawer. The aluminium headboard is custom-designed to complement the shape of your canopy, complete with removable drop-down sides (fitted), a pair of 35-inch aluminium mudguards (3mm 5052 series aluminium) and a pair of 800mm undertray toolboxes, among other features.

- 8mm Aluminium C-Channel 50x100mm Main Frame and 3mm 50x50mm SHS Sub Frame: Designed and manufactured with 5052 series aluminium to ensure durability, toughness, and lightweight performance.
- Additional Reinforcement with Unistrut Channel: Beneath the tray, we reinforce the structure with Unistrut channels, facilitating easy adjustment of undertray toolboxes and mud guards for optimal customisation and functionality. This feature enhances the versatility and adaptability of our trays to suit your specific needs.
- Tray Sides: Our tray sides are constructed from sturdy 3mm thick 5052 series aluminium, providing robust support and durability while maintaining a lightweight design.
- Hinges and Latches: Our trays feature high-grade 304 stainless steel hinges and latches, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion.
- Reverse Sensors & Camera Relocation: If your vehicle is equipped with reverse sensors or a reverse camera (or both), we offer unique mounts for relocation (optional).
- Trundle Drawer: Our waterproof and dustproof trundle drawer is available in varying lengths, all 750mm wide, with a load rating of 100kg (optional).
- Undertray Toolboxes: Safely store your tools and accessories in our durable 2.5mm 5052 series flat aluminium toolboxes, customized to suit your vehicle and complement your tray perfectly!
- Flared Wheel Guards: Each tray features our tough, lightweight, and stylish flared wheel guards. These guards can be adjusted to match your wheelbase and come equipped with four slotted holes and 4 x M10 bolts on each guard for easy installation and customisation.
- License Plate Light: Securely mounted 12v LED Auto Lamp license plate light.
- Rear Tray LED Tail Lights: Premium Design 12v ADR certified Lamp LED Tail Lights included.
